Award-winning restaurant Roberto’s appoints Andrea Zampolini as general manager

The luxury Italian gourmet restaurant, Roberto’s, recently appointed Andrea Zampolini as general manager for the Middle East. Roberto’s team is filled with talented and hardworking people, and no one but Zampolini would have been a great match for the job. The native of Italy has an impressive experience of several years in the hospitality industry in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Prior to her lead role at Roberto’s, Andrea worked with several brands such as the prestigious Jumeirah Hotels Group, the renowned Meraas F&B Concept, and worked with the distinguished chain Park Hyatt in Dubai, Fairmont Hotel Singapore, Dorchester Collection Milan, Dolce & Gabbana Milan and Radisson Edwardian Hotels London.

His previous accomplishments include successfully creating F&B concepts and managing pre-openings by leveraging excellent financial management skills and creating mentoring and professional development initiatives for staff. Along with his vast knowledge and experience, Zampolini is an expert in dealing with high-end clientele.
