An opportunity has arisen for a Bell tower / Doorman to join our Concierge service within the Jumeirah group. The main tasks and responsibilities of this role:
- Deliver luggage, messages and faxes in an efficient and timely manner ensuring that they
- Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards your colleagues and guests and provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Open the car door to all guests arriving or departing from the main entrance in a polite and courteous manner and greet them with a warm smile.
- Always use guest names, get a guest luggage tag, if not available.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage as well as delivering and collecting it from the customer’s room ensuring that no luggage is damaged.
- Deliver all faxes, messages, parcels, mail, newspapers, etc. to guest rooms in a timely manner and always verifying the guest’s name and room number. are handled responsibly and with care.
- Helping guests navigate inside the hotel (i.e. directing them to their room, a restaurant, etc.)
- Transport guest’s luggage to their room in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring that no damage is caused to luggage or contents
