Radisson Hotel Group Unveils New Learning Program for Saudi Nationals

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the largest hotel groups in the world, announced the launch of the Concierge Navigation to Success Program (NTS), a new learning program designed for Saudi professionals working in the hospitality industry. The initiative launched at the Park Inn by Radisson in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with key stakeholders from the Radisson Hotel Group overseen by the Ministry of Tourism (MOT) which was represented by Princess Noura bint Khalid Al-Saud, Head of Partnerships learning and development at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia.

The Concierge Navigation to Success program launched for Saudi professionals is part of the group’s strategy of continued expansion in the Kingdom and reinforces its intensive recruitment efforts in one of its key market drivers in the region. Designed to enhance the skills of the concierge team at Radisson Hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the NTS program will provide concierge agents with the tools and resources to advance in their careers and succeed. This initiative is also aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030 to increase the tourism sector’s contribution to the domestic product to more than 10% and provide one million additional job opportunities.

The NTS program aims to enrich the team skills necessary to personalize guest experiences and create memorable moments while preparing them with the knowledge necessary to be part of the Les Clef D’or community. The program includes classroom sessions on communications, customer relations, the use of social media, etc., supplemented by online training programs on theories and fundamentals. The team will also experience cross-exposure at one of the Radisson hotels. The NTS concludes with a graduation ceremony, marking that the team is ready for the task of welcoming Radisson Hotel Group guests.
