As Business Director, Silva will be responsible for further enhancing the company’s food and beverage (F&B) portfolio in the region, delivering on Rotana’s promise of “Treasured Time” and providing customers exquisite and diverse culinary experiences. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the F&B industry, particularly in independent operations, Silva supports engagement with the team to innovate and develop new F&B concepts, maintaining Rotana’s position as the one of the main hotel groups in the region.

A seasoned catering professional with 18 years of industry experience, Silva has a long list of credentials, including corporate catering roles at internationally renowned hotel groups including Hilton Hotels and Marriott International. Most recently, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Grosvenor House, and previously at the Waldorf Astoria A Portuguese national, Silva has also held positions in leading hotel groups in the UK and Portugal.
